Hello Autumn

Welcome to the monthly mini blog hop🧡

As I sit here wearing my slippers and jumper watching the millions of leaves blow around on my front lawn I know we are well and truly stepping into Autumn. Autumn is actually my favourite season full of beautiful colours not only on the trees but on the high street too. I LOVE Autumn clothes shopping 🧡

My Hello Autumn blog starts with this cute little satchel made using kraft card stock and the foxy friends stamp set. I wanted to make this for a new baby boy to put little booties inside💙

I followed a tutorial by the wonderful Helen Griffin, definitely check out her YouTube channel.

Start off with kraft card stock measuring 12″ by 5″.

Use the gift bag punch board to create a gift bag following the directions for a Large bag.

Using a white chalk pen to draw little lines around the front to create a stitched effect. Fold your bag together.

Measure another piece of kraft measuring 3 and 5/8″ by 5″. Draw the stitched lines on. White emboss the leaves from foxy friends on.

I used two stitched framelits in white and grey and then placed the tree and this cute raccoon on. I used a sentiment from the sweet baby set and stamped it onto a label I made using my duet banner punch.

One little satchel ready to go 💙💙

I knew I wanted Mr Fox to feature in this blog as his favourite season is totally Autumn!

I made this cute scrapbook page of an Autumn adventure by printing him in grey as the back ground. I made the fox using the punch and stamped on his legs and eyes from the foxy friends set.

Lastly I made a notebook for myself. I’m a lover of lists and I’m sure I can fit many of lists in here 🖤 I used the make a difference lettering and this cute leaf embossed in gold which is from the soft sayings card kit.

Now hop over to all my lovely crafting girls to check out their autumnal makes 🧡

Up next is the lovely Anna

Now I’d best dash and buy myself that mustard scarf that’s been calling to me 🧡
